Treatments, gifts, talks and workshops at health event in Morecambe

The Roots of Autumn holistic health event takes place on Sunday, November 8 between 10.30am and 4.30pm.

There will be over 50 exhibitors, including holistic therapists, and independent businesses selling gifts, health and beauty products.

Visitors can enjoy treatments, browse for gifts and attend talks and workshops covering subjects such as building better boundaries, laughter yoga and wellbeing.

There will also be a mediumship demonstration, with all talks included in the admission price.

There will be food and refreshments available, plenty of free parking, and the opportunity to pre-book readings and treatments.

Early bird tickets are £2.50, or visitors can pay £5 on the door.

The first 100 visitors through the door will also have the chance to win £50 to spend with exhibitors on the day.
