A Lancaster estate agency has won a top national industry award.

Houseclub, based at White Cross, has been named the best agent in the UK at the 2026 ESTAs National Estate Agency of the Year Awards.

They were presented by Phil Spencer from Location, Location, Location at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, Mayfair.

It is the 10th year in a row that Houseclub has won best in the north west at these awards and they are now the UK’s official number one this year after finishing second last year.

This award is particularly special because it’s based on real customer feedback at the end of real property transactions.
