Tyson Fury-Anthony Joshua fight could be announced within a fortnight
A unification fight has been on the cards for a while, with Joshua holding the WBA, IBF, WBO and IBO belts while Fury is the WBC champion.
“We’re back and forward with draft contracts,” Joshua’s promoter Hearn told Matchroom Boxing’s YouTube channel.

“I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve said ‘the next two weeks’ but the next two weeks we hope for an official announcement and then we go out and decide where this thing will take place.”
The highly-anticipated fight between two British boxers could take place abroad, with Hearn touting Saudi Arabia and the United States among the possible host sites.
“Yeah, loads. We’ve had massive offers from the Middle East,” the promoter said when asked about the possible fight location.

“A couple of wildcards in there as well. First of all I want to make sure the deal is in place, then we can go out there and talk to these people sensibly and with confidence this fight is happening, and like I said, we’re a couple of weeks away.”
