Class 5 pupils from Trumacar worked with local artist Emma Hamilton to create a section of drawings for the book which capture the excitement of the Games and Rio.
Emma, a former Visitor Sunshine Award winner who works for Heysham charity West End Impact, said: “Getting Trumacar Primary School involved in the Team GB and National Lottery Colouring Book was a treat for the pupils and has boosted their confidence.
“They absolutely loved it and are thrilled that their images have been selected to feature in the book.”

“The National Lottery has done so much for West End Impact,” said Emma.
“The funding really does change the lives of so many people going through drug or alcohol issues or other difficult times, and I am really pleased that we were able to help out with the colouring book and give something back.”
Jackie O’Sullivan from The National Lottery said: “We have been blown away by the drawings we received from talented groups that we fund, it was difficult to choose which drawings to use.
“It’s great to see so many of the community groups we fund getting behind our athletes.”
The Olympic Games start in Rio on August 5.
