Three further deaths from Covid-19 within Morecambe Bay hospitals
The figures released by NHS England mean there have now been 16 deaths recorded in just over two weeks.
NHS England recorded a death on Friday October 9 and then two today, Monday October 12.

Hide AdA further 13 were also recorded between September 24 and October 6.
This brings the total of deaths after testing positive for coronavirus within the last 28 days at hospitals run by University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Trust to 187, with the numbers roughly split between the Royal Lancaster Infirmary and Furness General Hospital in Barrow.
More than 400 people have been discharged from UHMBT after making a recovery.
The government is expected to make an announcement this afternoon on the latest lockdown regulations for the country, with Covid case numbers on the increase.
