The organisation promotes what they designate as "real" ale, "real" cider, "real" perry and traditional British pubs and clubs.
Here are the pubs and bars in the Lancaster district that have made it into CAMRA' s 2021 Guide - during its 50th year - voted for by CAMRA members.
9. The Morecambe Hotel, Lord Street, Morecambe
Formerly a coaching inn, the Morecambe Hotel was reopened in 2015 after an extensive renovation, and offers four changing beers and a large, sunny beer garden.
10. The Robert Gillow, Market Street, Lancaster
Once a shop, this converted pub offers a continually changing range of real ale alongside a collection of world-wide bottled beer.
11. The Royal Bar, Marine Road Central, Morecambe
Originally built in 1850, the single room pub stretches back from the prom, with a further room upstairs. It offers five changing beers sourced regionally, including Morecambe's Cross Bay.
12. The Royal Station Hotel, Market Street, Carnforth
A traditional Victorian station hotel, the building recently had a facelift and a microbrewery is also planned.
