Work to transform the former Lancaster Waterstones book store on the corner of King Street into Misso Lounge has attracted a lot of attention over the past month or so with many people remarking on how impressive the new eaterie was looking.
Misso Lounge announced on Friday they would be opening with a soft launch on March 27 but electrical problems have now forced the restaurant to put back the opening date.
They now hope to open on Friday this week (March 31).
The restaurant, located in one of the city’s landmark buildings, will be serving Arabian cuisine.
