Lowe and Speight pulled apart ahead of English title fight
Isaac Lowe and opponent Jamie Speight had to be pulled apart at the weigh-in for their English featherweight title clash on Saturday night.
The pair will meet at the First Direct Arena in Leeds live on Sky Sports on the undercard of Josh Warrington’s defence of his WBC International and Commonwealth featherweight titles against Joel Brunker.
Morecambe’s unbeaten Westgate Warrior tipped the scales right under the featherweight limit at 8st 13lb on Friday afternoon with Devon’s Southern Area champion Speight 8st 12lb.
