Oil spillage on M6
The M6 is now clear after a road accident and oil spillage this afternoon (Monday).
The outside lane of the motorway was blocked after the incident on the M6 northbound near Broughton but North West Motorway Police said traffic was flowing in all lanes by 2pm.
A motorist said there were also tailbacks near the Lancaster services south of Junction 33.
