33. Stanley
Chihuahua cross Pug, male, 2 years-old. Stanley is still only young and is looking for a new family to give him lots of love and attention. Stanley is quite a shy boy but once he gets to know you he is a real sweetie pie and enjoys cuddles. Stanley has lived with kids and has been fine but children would need to be used to being around dogs and understand he will need time to come round. He walks well on the lead and enjoys a long walk. He is house trained but can sometimes have an accident if he is left for longer than 2 hours. He can get a bit travel sick on long journeys. Stanley has lived with other dogs and was fine. He prefers small dogs as he is not keen on big dogs. He can be fussy with food and treats, and loves teddy bear toys. Photo: Animal Care
34. Trevor
Lurcher, male, 9 years 4 months-old. The lovely Trevor came into Animal Care via the dog pound and therefore very little is currently known about him and his history. He is a friendly boy who is super excited to see the staff every morning. Poor old Trevor only has three legs. He needs to be the only animal in his new home and with adults only who are experienced with reactive dogs. Despite having three legs he is a very strong boy. The staff walk Trevor with a muzzle at all times due to his prey drive and dislike towards some dogs. This would need to be continued by his new owners. Trevor is always happy to say hello to everyone, he loves to play and is desperate for someone to give him a chance. Photo: Animal Care
