Sgt Adie Knowles said: “I have finally finished writing it and I am on with sorting the funding to produce it. We have a bit of a photo shoot planned so things are moving forward and we will be doing a big promotion push once we have sorted the details of producing it .” Inspector Ted, an unclaimed children’s toy, is Morecambe Police’s mascot.
