Court appearance for Heysham man
A man appeared at Preston Magistrates Court after an alleged attempted kidnapping in Heysham last week.
Michael Owen, 50, of Tibicar Drive West, Heysham, is charged with attempted kidnap, Section 20 GBH without intent and using violence to secure entry to premises.
He will appear at Preston Crown Court on April 7.
