Comedian Omid Djalili is coming to Lancaster

Award winning comedian and actor Omid Djalili will be coming to Lancaster as part of his brand new tour.

The funny man will tour across the country on a 108-date 2016 & 2017 tour for his show Schmuck For A Night.

When asked about his new show his Omid said: “Look, I’m just trying to make sense of everything.”

As a stand-up and acclaimed actor Omid’s credits range from Hollywood movies and 
television to live productions on the West End stage.

He has appeared on UK and US TVand starred in films such as the recently Golden Globe and Oscar nominated Shaun the Sheep Movie, Mr Nice, Gladiator, Sex And The City 2, The Mummy and The Infidel.

Omid has just been seen in the BBC Four series Going Forward with Jo Brand, and made recent appearances in Dickensian for BBC1 and Stan Lee’s Lucky Man for SKY1.

Omid has also executive produced the acclaimed 
documentary We Are Many, about the global anti-war demonstrations that took place in 800 
cities on February 15 2003, to date the largest mobilisation of human beings in the history of the earth.

His show, recommended for 16+ will be at the Lancaster Grand Theatre on Saturday November 5.
