Veteran DJ Danny Howells takes to the decks at V-Bar on Saturday night for the music festival, with a four hour set and plenty of tricks up his sleeve.

The restaurant above V-Bar – Teatro – in Church Street, will also become a club room for one night only as part of the event.

Danny is one of the hardest working and most dedicated individuals in the business with more than 20 years experience and a hectic touring schedule that constantly takes him around the world. He’s held residencies at places such as Ministry of Sound, Twilo, Renaissance, The End, and Bedrock, as well as his own Dig Deeper nights worldwide. He has previously compiled acclaimed mixes for Global Underground, being the only DJ to contribute to not only the main series with his Miami album, but also the 24:7 and Nu-Breed Series.

It’s a bit of a coup to have him in Lancaster, and the night, organised by local promoters 118Audio, also features DJ sets from Adam Kellett, Steve Froggatt, Josef Lawler and Ryan Day. Doors open at 9pm and stay open until 6am.

Entry is £10 on the door, and there are still advance tickets available from the venue and other outlets.
