The creators of Lancs Ginfest, Paul Bury and Judy Edmondson, who own Aspect Bar and Bistro on Marine Road, are both keen gin drinkers. When opening their new outdoor terrace and function suite, Aspect 320, in April last year, they incorporated a champagne and gin bar serving only award-winning gins.
