Five-a-day takes on a whole new meaning with the launch of a pocket-sized book designed to take you on a bit of a joy ride.
‘Five-a-day to keep you joyful’ is full of inspirational and fun quotes to feed and focus your mind, and it’s the perfect size to keep in your desk drawer, handbag or under your pillow.
The book would also make a great gift for a grumbling colleague or stressed-out friend or relative.
It’s published by new Windermere company, Shield of Joy, who donate the cost of a lifesaving vaccine to a child in need for every gift sold.
The book will be launched with a fun event at Waterstones, King Street, Lancaster, on Saturday August 30 from noon.
