"There will also be the free entry pre-show on the Wednesday night on June 1 before three full days at Sleazy.

"Tickets already purchased will of course be valid for the re-arranged dates in 2022 and people who retain them are now getting amazing value with new ticket pricing to be advertised shortly to reflect the new longer three full day festival in 2022.

"We waited as long as possible to see if there was any way possible that we could go ahead in safety with this year's event, the team looking at several options including outdoor stages and even being a Government test event, but with the festival scheduled for May and the recent Government road map opening up things slowly but surely through to June, and the virus still causing problems albeit slowly declining, the decision has been made to move to 2022 rather than try to squeeze the event in later this year amongst a rapidly growing spree of re-scheduled shows and festivals.

"Before making this announcement public, we contacted all the bands involved to let them know we would be sorting them out into new days and moving some to the 2023 festival (scheduled to take place May 26-28 2023) as we plan not just next year but also 2023 festivals in Morecambe to bring you the widely renowned amongst bands.
