The host of Live At The Apollo and star of Radio 4 will be bringing his tour to the Lancaster Grand Theatre on Thursday June 2.

‘Straight Outta Cruttenden’ is his first new show since the critically acclaimed ‘Tough Luvvie’ which began life in 2012 and was recently released on DVD. That show finally finished in February 2015, touring extensively across 170 dates with more than 40,000 tickets sold.

Hal has also just taken his show to the Melbourne Comedy Festival and completed the ‘Hell on the High Seas’ challenge for Sports Relief.

The comic dad will be sharing his social media antics and advice on the 5:2 diet in his show which starts at the Grand at 7.30pm.

Critics say the more Hal complains the funnier he gets. He is also known for his appearances on The Royal Variety Performance, Would I Lie To You? The Great British Bake Off; An Extra Slice, Live At The Palladium and Have I Got News For You.

Hal’s previous tour saw him tackle 23 dates in 2015, following a month long run at the Edinburgh Festival. His radio sitcom ‘Hal’ is currently being repeated on Radio 4 and a second series has been commissioned to be broadcast before the end of the year.
