Tyson Fury labelled British heavyweight rival Dereck Chisora a “bum” after both men were victorious in London on Saturday night.

Following the Morecambe man’s stoppage win over Joey Abell, Chisora was a wide points victor over Kevin Johnson in the main event at the Copper Box Arena.

But Fury dismissed Chisora as a threat to his world title hopes with the pair set to co-headline a show in April before meeting in a final eliminator in the summer for a shot at heavyweight king Wladimir Klitschko.

The 25-year-old, now 22-0 with 16 knockouts, told BoxNation: “I beat Chisora comfortably three years ago,

“He is a bum compared to me - I want Wladimir Klitschko.

“Chisora is one-paced - left-hook then right-hand swing. He’s useless.”

European Champion Chisora said: “I want to fight Alexander Povetkin in Moscow, then in the summer me and Tyson should get it on.”
