Ben Simm’s side were bowled out for 128 in the 41st over with New Zealand professional Michael Barry top scoring with 32.
Saliya Saman, who got the wicket of Barry, and Nathan Chambers took three apiece with Ben Phillips and Mark Clarkson chipping in with two.
In reply, the hosts knocked off the runs in just 21 overs.
Captain Simm took both wickets for Lancaster but 42 from Ben Barrow and 35 from skipper Marc Brown helped Netherfield to of victory.
The Lune Road side were then left disappointed as their pitch was deemed unfit for play against Chorley on Monday.
