Morecambe moved into the semi-finals of the Lancaster and Morecambe Table Tennis League Kennon Trophy.
Hudson Nuttall, Abhinav Sinha and Adam Ordenez made their senior debuts with great success as they ran out 5-2 winners over St Lukes D.
Sinha had to battle his way to win the first set of the match winning the fifth game 14-12 against Nathan Beamer.
Ordenez and Nuttall moved the home team into a 3-0 lead before Beamer and Brian Gourlay hit back leaving Ordenez to win the match for Morecambe.
St Lukes B were 5-1 winners at Garstang Bandits, Jim Vasey giving the home team a flying start winning the first set before Martin Wakelin, James Neal and Matthew Price hit back to send the Saints into the semi-finals.
Raptors were 5-1 winners over Garstang Cowboys, Paul and Carl Stebbing with Tony Felton set the scene winning the first three sets before Tommy Kennady hit back with a fine display against Carl.
Felton and Paul hit top form to give the home team and cup favourites a place in the next round.
St Lukes A fell to a 5-2 defeat at home to the Bulldogs.
Chris Knowles gave the home team a sound start when he won the first set 11-8 in the fifth game in an exciting match with Alan Holt.
But Phil Goymer and Jamie Bradbury along with Holt dominated the tie to move the “Dogs” into the semi-final.
The final Saints team, the Cs, triumphed 5-0 over the Barbarians as Ray Gaskell, Jared Holmes and Ken Lea hit early season form to sail into the semi-finals.
Ken Riley, Clare Towers and Keith Robinson played well without reward for the visitors.
