Kirkby Lonsdale earned an emphatic bonus point win against Carlisle to secure their place as league runners-up.
The Villagers were off the mark when number seven Stuart Storey burst through to score following a scrum.
Jack Akrigg soon added the second out wide to lead 10-0.
Carlisle reduced the deficit when they managed to charge down a clearance kick, making it 10-5 after 15 minutes.
Kirkby regained the initiative immediately when scrum half Ben Walker took a quick tap and go before winger Chad Spence crossed over.
Walker was soon involved again, passing to stand off Dave Barton who scored the Villagers’ bonus-point try.
A solo effort from Walker then gave the away side an unassailable 29-5 lead at half-time.
Tempers flared after the break when a double yellow saw Carlisle’s Henry Wainwright and Kirkby’s Akrigg head to the bin.
As the brawls continued, Carlisle’s Josh Holmes was given a straight red but the home side hit back as Damian Armstrong made it 29-12 with 25 minutes remaining.
However it proved too little too late as Tom Pickthall broke clear to score Kirkby’s sixth to seal a victory.
