CHORLEY earned their second successive win in a low-scoring encounter at Windsor Park despite being dismissed for 109 by Lancaster in a 37-overs game.
Tom Burrow claimed 3-18 and Ben Simm and Iain Perrieman two wickets apiece with Michael Critchley’s 35 and Ian Oakes’ unbeaten 28 providing the cornerstone of the home side’s modest total.
Billy Smith then got to work with a fine spell of opening bowling claiming 5-20 off ten overs as Lancaster subsided to 73 all out despite a defiant 38 off 91 balls from opener Zac Godfrey-Plews on debut.
Pro Gaurav Dhar and spin twin Iain Critchley each claimed two wickets.
