Lancaster City have been handed a long trip to King’s Lynn Town in the third qualifying round of the FA Cup.

The Dolly Blues will make the more than 400 mile round trip to the Evo-Stik Premier Division side after upsetting FC United of Manchester from the same division on Saturday.

Darren Peacock’s side shocked the side from the league above thanks to a 1-0 win, midfielder Billy Akrigg firing home the winner five minutes from time to send City’s travelling fans wild.

The tie will be played on the weekend of Saturday October 11.
