Garry Hunter is set to take charge of Lancaster City for the first game of the post Darren Peacock and Trevor Sinclair era.
The Dolly Blues host Farsley Celtic at Giant Axe on Tuesday night with the experienced former Morecambe man handed the task of the preparing the side for the Evo-Stik First Division North game.
Hunter will be assisted by his former Shrimps team mate Danny Carlton who came out of retirement to play for City this summer.
Peacock and Sinclair left the club by mutual consent on Monday after the FA Cup exit at Droylsden on Saturday.
