Jim Bentley will face an unusual dilemma at Wycombe with senior players set to miss out on his match-day squad.
So often during his near five years in charge The Shrimps boss has seen a small squad make up his 18 on a Saturday afternoon.
But with Aaron McGowan closing in on a return from a hamstring injury after training on Thursday Bentley has no injury concerns ahead of the trip to Adams Park.
He said: “Probably 95 per cent of the time I’ve been manager here the squad has picked itself but when everyone’s fit and well unfortunately one or two are going to miss out.
“That’ll be the case on Saturday.
“It’s football, it is what it is. It’s not a nice thing but as a manager you’ve got to do it.
“There’s lads chomping at the bit and the squad’s at full tilt.
“It’s a big selection problem, but a nice one. I’d rather have the bodies than not have the bodies.”
