Morecambe to host Liverpool XI in pre-season friendly
Morecambe will host a Liverpool XI in a pre-season friendly at the Globe Arena.
The Merseyside giants will send a team to the resort on Saturday, August 1 in a 3pm kick-off.
Liverpool also have a game on the same day in Finland against HJK Helsinki but The Shrimps are hoping some first-team names will take to the field at the Globe Arena.
Both sides will be building up to the Premier League and League 2 seasons kicking off on Saturday, August 8.
