Morecambe bring in QPR ‘keeper Lumley on loan
Morecambe have completed the loan signing of Queens Park Rangers goalkeeper Joe Lumley.
The 19-year-old, who spent a month on loan at Accrington earlier this season, is set to go straight into the side for the FA Cup first round tie at Dover on Saturday.
Lumley, who made six league and cup appearances for Stanley, signed a one-year contract extension at Loftus Road in the summer.
The former Tottenham trainee has arrived as late cover with Scott Davies ineligible to play in the FA Cup and Barry Roche and Andreas Arestidou injured.
He will be with the Shrimps until December 8.
