NW’s heavy load of cuts

Carnforth Station.
Carnforth Station.

Yet again David Morris is suggesting Lancashire County Council spend money on a feasibility study as to the opening of the main line platforms.

Whilst this is probably a worthwhile project, if he is really interested in working for the benefit of all his constituents he, along with our other MP, should be asking why the North West is having to bear the brunt of the cuts while the more affluent South East is getting an easier ride in comparison, with an average cut of £234.76 per person in the North West as opposed to £74.08 in the South East.

Why are our two local MPs just ignoring the fact that we in the North West are being unjustly treated by this Government?
