VIDEO: Born Survivor sessions underway for Lancaster St John’s Hospice

Training has officially started for the mighty Born Survivor challenge in aid of Lancaster St John’s Hospice.

This year the Lancaster Guardian and it’s sister paper The Visitor has teamed up with Lancaster gym, Fitness Formation, and Born Survivor to raise £100,000 toward the Save Our Hospice campaign for Lancaster St John’s Hospice.

In less than two months teams will be undertaking the military style obstacle course at Lowther Castle on April 4.

Fitness Formation has arranged Sunday sessions at the University of Cumbria to help tackle the course which is designed to test strength, vigour and teamwork.

The sessions are free of charge and open to all.

A collection bucket for the hospice will be on site at each session.
