The Lancaster singer also made plenty of time for his fans before he was due to go on the Bay stage on Sunday at 7pm.

Paul was also reunited with eight-piece boy band Stereo Kicks as they reminisced over their time on TV talent show The X Factor. After experiencing a technical fault at the start of his performance, Paul killed time by trying to spot his mum Bev and other family members in the huge crowd.
