Plans to convert St Winifred's Hotel in Morecambe into eight two-bed apartments have been submitted to Lancaster City Council.

The plans for the hotel in Marine Road East include the creation of an upper floor extension above an existing flat roof to the rear, the creation of three attached rear garages, the installation of glazed balconies to the upper front elevation and Juliet balconies to the rear elevation.
The building sits between Promenade Music and The Strathmore Hotel on Morecambe Promenade.
