Contestants must finish a 12-inch pizza, in-store, in 10 minutes, and wait for another 10 minutes' "burn time" before they're allowed a drink of water.
The pizza contains a mixture of ground Carolina Reaper (2.2 million Scoville units) and Scotch Bonnet chilies (100,000–350,000 units), topped with jalapenos (8,000 units).

Mohsen, who lived in Halton and founded Lancaster's first kebab and pizza takeaway in 1985, died from a stroke in June, aged 66.
Daniel Rad, Moshen’s son said: “We’re thrilled and honoured to bring back the challenge, last time around we had multiple challengers and a few winners.
"This time around we’re looking to make the challenge that little bit more difficult."

The Magma Mia challenge costs £10 per entry, and £5 of that goes towards the Stroke Association.
All participants must complete a waiver beforehand and only eat the pizza inside the shop in a designated area.
