Lancaster pub to host online music festival fundraiser this weekend

Music will kick off at 12pm on both days, with performances throughout the day by musicians from Lancaster and further afield.
The event has been organised by Lancaster musician Sam Frank, and will be live streamed on Facebook.

Hide AdSam said: "The Gaunt is more than just a pub to the music community here.
"It supports the scene as a priority and I feel that if there's anything at all that we can do to lighten the struggle at these times, as well as ensure that it's there for us again when this is all over, then we owe it to the place and to Claire to do so.
"We also all can't wait to be back in the Gaunt having a beer and making some noise and this is as close as we can get for now!"
Claire Tomlinson, landlady at the John O' Gaunt, said: "There's been a huge delay in any government funding so far.

"He's been an amazing support and friend throughout all this.
"The response from musicians from all over to offer help has been phenomenal, and I'm speechless!!
