Lancaster primary school closes for two weeks after confirmed coronavirus case
In a letter to parents seen by the Lancaster Guardian, St Joseph's said it had been told there had been a confirmed coronavirus case in school, and has advised self-isolation for 14 days for all pupils and staff.

Hide AdThe letter dated September 22, said that following advice from Public Health England, it is closing the school until October 5.
The school said that it was with sadness it was having to do this "but must put the health of children and staff first".
The school has been contacted for comment.
