research shows huge differences in house prices between areas providing the location setting for TV series such as The Vicar of Dibley, Killing Eve, The Crown, Outlander and The Bay, which hit the screens earlier this month.

The cost of a detached property in Turville, the filming location of The Vicar of Dibley, is currently £1,217,193, while the average price for a detached house in Morecambe (LA4) is £225,188.

The research also shows that house prices in Morecambe have increased by 4.32 per cent over the last 12 months.

For Killing Eve fans, the value of a detached home in the location of Carolyn’s new abode located at Clayton House in Prestwood, Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire is £955,769.
