Caravan packed with household waste dumped in Heysham

The council's environmental enforcement team was called out to the scene in Moss Road, Heaton-with-Oxcliffe on Thursday, May 28.

They found a caravan full to the brim with household waste.

A council spokesperson said: "Whilst evidence is being gathered by our officers as to who this little lot belongs to, we're urging anyone who may have information which could lead to the culprit being caught to get in touch.
