"The visit will entail David coming to the shop and giving free valuations on things which people bring in - Flog It style - so although we will only be able to host four in the shop at any one time, weather permitting we will hopefully be able to see many people who are happy to queue outside.

"He will also be bringing his latest book, A Romp with the Georgians and will sign these too.

"David has an auction house and will happily sell any items on behalf of people bringing items for valuation.

"So everyone is welcome to bring along anything they would like for a free valuation and the chance to purchase a signed copy of his latest book."

David said: "I’m looking forward to visiting Lancaster.

"I’ll be valuing antiques for free and book signing my new release ‘A Romp With The Georgians’ which is a fun history book for adults!"
