Ticket for driver caught doing hand brake turns at park & ride in Lancaster
A car driver was issued with a traffic ticket after police witnessed the vehicle doing a hand brake turn.
Traffic police received a complaint from a member of the public that vehicles were being driven in an anti-social manner on the park & ride car park in Lancaster on November 25.
When they arrived at the scene they saw a car doing hand brake turns and subsequently gave the driver a ticket.
