Thieves seize cash from Bolton-le-Sands chippy
Thieves escaped with two safes from Packet Bridge chip shop on Main Road on Sunday night.
Police believe the break in happened some time between 9pm on Sunday October 11 to 9am on Monday October 12.
One safe was ripped out of the wall in the basement with one other large cast iron safe being taken from the ground floor.
Police are continuing their investigations to try and trace the persons responsible.
