MONDAY, MAY 23
- Vehicle fire in Burnley
One fire engine from Burnley attended a vehicle fire in Nairne Street at around 3.55am.
The incident involved one vehicle that was well alight on the roadway when the crew arrived.
Firefighters used one hose reel and one thermal imaging camera to extinguish the flames.
They were in attendance for an hour.

Two fire engines from Burnley attended a road traffic collision in Manchester Road at around 6.05am.
The incident involved one vehicle.
Firefighters extracted one casualty from the vehicle using Milwaukee and Holmatro tools.
One casualty was assessed at the scene before being taken to hospital for treatment.
Fire crews were in attendance for approximately two hours.
- Outbuilding fire in Heysham
Two fire engines from Morecambe attended an outbuilding fire in Crofters Fold at around 11am.
The incident involved two domestic garages.
Firefighters used two breathing apparatus and two hose reels to extinguish the flames.
They were in attendance for approximately three hours.
- Outbuilding fire in Blackburn
Two fire engines from Blackburn and Hyndburn attended an outbuilding fire in North Road at around 1.05pm.
The incident involved waste inside a disused outbuilding.
Firefighters used one hose reel and a triple extension ladder to extinguish the flames.
They were in attendance for 30 minutes.

Three fire engines from Chorley and Skelmersdale attended a road traffic collision in Hancock Street at around 1.20pm.
The incident involved two vehicles.
Firefighters used Holmatro cutting equipment, a hearth kit, a longboard and a reciprocating saw to release one casualty from their vehicle.
Crews were in attendance for 40 minutes.

Three fire engines from Lancaster, Morecambe and Bolton-le-Sands attended a domestic building fire in Thornton Road at around 7.50pm.
The incident involved a flat on the first floor.
Firefighters used two hose reels, four breathing apparatus and a positive pressure ventilation unit to extinguish the flames.
One casualty was assessed before being placed in the care of paramedics.
Crews remained in attendance for approximately two hours.
TUESDAY, MAY 24
- Vehicle fire in Blackburn
One fire engine from Blackburn attended a vehicle fire in Stanley Street at around 2am.
The incident involved one vehicle that was alight off the roadway when the crew arrived.
Firefighters used one hose reel and a thermal imaging camera to extinguish the flames.
They were in attendance for 15 minutes.
No injuries were reported.
