Lancaster Footlights presents a stage adaptation of The Vicar of Dibley at Lancaster’s Grand Theatre.
This well-known and much-loved comedy starts with the parish council awaiting their new vicar.
To their shock, the new vicar turns out to be a woman. But not just any woman, a chocolate-loving, non-traditional radical woman vicar with a wicked sense of humour called Geraldine.
Directed by Ellie Singleton, the stage play by Ian Gower and Paul Carpenteris adapted from the original TV series by Richard Curtis and Paul Mayhew-Archer.
The Vicar of Dibley will be performed at The Grandon Friday, April 20, 21, 27 and 28, with a matinee performance on April 22.
Tickets are £10/£9 conc.
