Alan Forsythe and Patrick Joyce left a man in his 50s with life altering head injuries after assaulting him. Forsythe, 36, of Armistead Court, Fleetwood, was sentenced to four years and nine months in prison at Preston Crown Court. 12. Rahmat Qalander
Rahmat Qalander raped a vulnerable woman on a bus from Burnley to Manchester on February 1, 2024. Following enquiries, Qalander was identified and arrested. He was charged with the rape, and a second sexual assault on a 16-year-old girl, which took place on a bus in Nelson on February 6. The 23-year-old was jailed for 10 years. | Lancashire Police
