The pair were checked by paramedics after the incident, which happened just after 8.30pm.
Teens rescued from mud on Morecambe beach
Three fire engines from Morecambe and Lancaster and Coastguards rescued two teenagers stuck in mud on the beach opposite the Winter Gardens in Marine Road, Morecambe, on Monday evening.
