Stagecoach employees were recognised for their loyal service and commitment to passenger transport at a special ceremony.
Twenty five members of staff in north Lancashire and Cumbria were recognised for 708 years of long service.
The ceremony was held at The Low Wood Hotel, Windermere.
Managing director Nigel Winter said: “With so many employees with 20, 25, 35, 40, 45 and an exceptional 65 years of service, this is proof of the commitment and dedication our staff have to customers and the passenger transport industry across Cumbria & North Lancashire.
Clifford Lord (pictured in the centre seated), retired from his Data Monitoring role at Morecambe depot in 2014 and celebrates 65 years of service.
He started his career in the bus industry in 1947 as a conductor with Pennine Motors based in Ingleton before moving onto Ribble Motor Services in Morecambe from 1949, which later became Stagecoach North West Ltd.
Nigel Winter said: “It is with great pride that we presented so many awards to so many dedicated staff.”
