Responsible alcohol course teaches staff
The course run by Knight Training called ARAR, the Award for Responsible Alcohol Retailing, aims to teach people about the harm that alcohol can do, and helps people understand the licensing laws and the licensing objectives, prevent crime and disorder and protect children from harm.
Ian Simpson, MD at Knight Training, said: “The person attending the course would have to have been in the licensing trade for six months.
