A man was arrested after an allegation of rape at an address in Marine Road Central, Morecambe, at the weekend.

Man released on bail after rape allegation
Police were called to the property at around noon on Sunday January 17. Police vehicles were still at the scene carrying out investigations yesterday morning, Monday January 18. A 27-year-old man from Morecambe was detained on suspicion of rape and later bailed by police until April 11.
