In Bare South-East, the candidates are Gerry Blaikie (Liberal Democrat) and Geoff Knight (Morecambe Bay Independent).

Three candidates contest Harbour Ward: Rosemary Abram (MBI), Joanne Ainscough (Labour) and Catherine Pilling (Lib Dem).
