Go Burrito in Euston Road was given the score after assessment on May 16, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
A two rating means that some improvement is necessary.
It means that of Lancaster's 220 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 133 (60%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
The Food Hygiene Rating Scheme is run in partnership with local authorities in England.
