Lancaster restaurants get new hygiene scores

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Lancaster’s restaurants, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

The new Sultan of Lancaster Experience at Lancaster University was handed a four out of five rating after assessment on June 30.

And the Golden Dragon in George Street was given a score of three on June 30.

This means that of Lancaster's 220 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 129 (59%) have ratings of five and none of them have zero ratings.
